Vom 4. Juni bis zum 11. Juli 2021 zeigt der Kunstverein Ingolstadt eine Ausstellung von Annika Hippler. Zu sehen sind Arbeiten aus verschiedenen Werkgruppen der Berliner Künstlerin. In ihrer Arbeitsweise folgt sie der forschenden Betrachtung des Zusammenspiels von Licht, Optik und Materie. Es geht um optische Phänomene und bildnerische Mittel, um chemische Interaktion und räumliche Resonanz, um Lichtzeichnung, Lichtbilder und Lichtinstallationen.
Whether artists are exploring line, color, shape, and form or space, time, and motion or sight and perception, at one point they arrive to light as material or medium to be included in artistic reflection and concept, impartially if they are working in the analog or the digital sphere. This is a collection of traces that can feed a mind map to formulate questions of analysis and inquisitive perspectives to follow up the developments of natural, technical, and digital transformation of light rendering visible the world.
Seit 15 Jahren entwickelt Gudrun Barenbrock Videoinstallationen, so auch jetzt in den Ausstellungsräumen der Michael-Horbach-Stiftung. Zu sehen ist eine 4-Kanal-Projektion und drei korrespondierende 1-Kanal-Projektionen. „WIR-WELT“ ist der Titel der Ausstellung. „Ich mag Ausstellungssituationen wie hier, in denen der Raum zurücktritt und sich nicht in das Bildgeschehen einmischt.“, sagte die Künstlerin in der Vorbereitung der Ausstellung „Update Cologne #04“.
